We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service for a return authorization before sending any item back.
Delivery times vary according to the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and standard shipping takes 2 working days within the continental USA. International delivery times may vary. For hybrid or custom turbos, standard shipping is 1 to 2 weeks maximum depending on the customization requested.
Yes, all our turbochargers come with a standard 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects and performance problems. As long as it is returned to us unmodified.
